Useless Useless
Click on the words "TXT Message." Now the screen will say "New TXT Message" and a box will be highlighted below. In the box, type in the telephone number that you'd like to send a text message to.
4
Click the "OK" button on your phone once you've entered the telephone number. Now your screen will change again, and you'll see the name of the person you want to send the message to in the top box, and another blank box below that is titled "Text."

Texting
Ready to text? You're on your way! Type in the message you want to send using the keypad. If you want to use a "c" for example, you'll have to hit the #2 button 3 times, or until the "c" comes up. Seems tedious at first, but you'll get the hang of it quickly. Teens can text without looking! Use the * key to make a space between words, and use the CLR button to delete a letter. As you get more used to using texting, start substituting "u" for "you" --- 2 for "two" --- "r" for "are" --- makes texting faster.

Hit the "Send" button when you've finished typing your message...you did it!
